Job description
A client I am working with is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to cover 2 Children's EBD homes in the Essex region which support 8 - 17 year olds. The organisation and homes have received a Good Ofsted
Both homes are 3 bed homes which are fully staffed, with both having a Deputy Manager in place so you wont have to worry about recruiting. Also, both homes are very close to each other and within a 5 minute walk.
This post has become available as the current Registered Manager has been promoted to a senior post so there is certainly scope for progression within the organisation.
The salary is highly competitive and the client is offering up to £65k for the right candidate.
