Your new company
A Loughborough based specialist subcontractor who have a turnover of over £20 million. They regularly work with tier 1 main contractors, delivering successful drylining packages on a range of commercial projects such as build to rent / purpose built student accomodation. They have a strong pipeline of work, and are looking to add a graduate quantity surveyor to their team to learn on the job and help the company as they grow.

Your new role
You will be joining the quantity surveying team and will be involved in all aspects of:
- Surveying
- Site measurements
- Operative valuations
- Main contractor valuations.
- Cost forecasting
- Creating reports
- Client liaison

What you\'ll need to succeed
- A qualification / degree in a related field OR experience in a similar role
- A passion for the construction industry
- An ambitious mindset and a desire to learn and progress
