Requirements
What we are looking for:

- Passion for hospitality and willingness to learn from senior bartenders
- A punctual, reliable and real team player
- Someone creative who has the ability to learn fast on the job
- A willingness and desire to make people happy, delivering genuine and memorable experiences

- Someone who is not afraid to get stuck in - you may be needed to help in other departments at times!
- The ability to work under pressure, our environments can be stressful at times!
- An infectious attitude and great work ethic, if you have this we can help with the rest!
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
We’re looking for an energetic and engaging Bar Back who will help to ensure the smooth running of our heart of house operations whilst creating exceptional guest memories in our The Bullring venue.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Having a warm and welcoming approach towards guests
- Support our bar team by ensuring stocks are full and tidy at all times, glasses and containers are cleaned and cleared ready for use
- Supporting Bartenders and Managers as and when necessary
- Assisting guests as and when needed either on the bar or within the venue
- Supporting Bartenders in creating delicious drinks to TOCA Social standards
- Coaching junior members of the team to become legends
- Supporting other departments and teammates when necessary
