Role Context:

The Environmental Interface Lead will report to the Environmental Management and Monitoring Lead on the project and will have the following responsibilities:

You'll be:

• Site environmental management and compliance

• Site audits and audit reporting

• Management plans (develop / review), e.g. develops or provides inputs to the development of the construction environmental management plans as required

• Toolbox talks prep and present

• Impacts and aspects register updates

• Identification of permitting requirements through focal point roles

• Liaises daily with the Contractor’s site personnel. Effectively provides guidance, as required, regarding compliance requirements and corrective actions.

• Ensures all required samplings/testing are done as required

• Assists in the review and close out of rectifications arising from daily inspections, audits, or compliance review process.

• Liaises with immediate supervisor, highlighting areas of concern, NCRs, incidents, etc.

You'll have:

· Excellent communications skills

· Ability to use MS Office (word, excel, Outlook, Power point) competently

· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

· Analytical and problem-solving skills

· High level of safety awareness
