Store Manager opportunity based in Dungannon Northern Ireland.

The Role

• Train and motivate your team to ensure they are delivering the highest standards of customer service
• Develop and implement sale strategies to drive revenue growth and reach all KPI targets
  
• Train new starters and also evaluate current staffs performance and implement and training that may be needed for upskilling
  
• Schedule and shifts and manage staff levels
  
• Ensure the store layout and product placement align with the companies branding and standards
  
• Over see dayto day operations of the store
• Provide feed back and insight to the higher management within the company
  

The ideal candidate

• Proven management experience within a fast paced retail environment (fashion based store not essential)
  
• History of delivering and exceeding KPI targets
  
• Be a quick thinker and a skilled problem solver
  
• Have an understanding of customer needs excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a welcoming working environment
  
• Effective communication and people management skills
