Job Title: Intensive Support Worker - Full UK License is  essential
Location: ST17, Stafford
Salary: £12 per hour
Hours:  Full-time and Part-time - 8 until 8 with set rota pattern days and nights

Please note - this is an intensive service. Previous experience is preferred but full face to face training is provided. 

A Full UK License is essential to be considered for this role. 

Aspirations Care are looking for experienced Intensive Support Workers to join the team in our service in Stafford. You will be providing support to males and females with challenging behaviour. You will need to be resilient and proactive to suit this role . You will be confident and willing to access the community with the person we support with excellent communication skills.

Full training provided with one week online and one week face to face covering all requirements for the role. 

What will the job involve?

• Assisting our people to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Offer stimulation and motivation through conversation and social activity
• Assisting with meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning
• Booking and attending health care appointments with our people
• Reporting any safeguarding concerns to the management team
• Maintaining records by keeping care plans and risk assessments up to date
• Bettering the person we supports quality of life.
