We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Support Specialist to join a UK-headquartered chemical distribution organisation with a global presence based in Runcorn.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Dynamics 365 Support Specialist you will be responsible for delivering application support for Dynamics 365 to the organisation.

  • Taking part in technical discussions and project planning.
  • Responding to customer incidents and resolving service-affecting issues.
  • General application troubleshooting.
  • Providing professional user support in a helpdesk environment.
  • Managing environment and release documentation.

Your background…

Must have…

  • Proven technical experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Ops + Customer Experience.
  • Experience in Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages.
  • Environment management and release documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and an excellent collaborator.
  • Understanding of Dynamics 365 application and architecture.
  • Knowledge of Azure Portal.
  • Strong technical Skills in Finance and Ops + Customer Experience.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
  • Ability to work independently on given tasks and delegate to 1st Line support and other teams. 
Nice to have…

  • Experience of previous project-driven working environment.
  • A good Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or technical background.
  • Full UK Driving License.
