We are working with a market leader in the tech sector who are looking to grow out their data/software team. Our client is working on a global scale developing tech AI solutions for a variety of their key clients.
Key Qualifications:
Proven expertise in developing robust data pipelines using Python and SQL
Proficient in leading projects on major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google
Hands-on experience with Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
Track record of successfully building and deploying microservice APIs in Java or .NET
Skilled in establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous self-improvement and learning
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with big data platforms such as EMR, Databricks, or DataProc
Advanced knowledge of optimizing data structures for optimal performance
Understanding of Data Security and Governance principles
Experience implementing automated data quality checks and metrics
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates, etc.)
