Overview

TRAINEE NEGOTIATOR – ESTATE AGENT – BEACONSFIELD- UP TO £20K BASIC, UP TO £25K OTE 

Our clientis a successful Independent estate agent in Beaconsfield. They are looking to employ a Trainee Negotiator who is enthusiastic, driven and is serious about a career in estate agency.

BASIC SALARY UP TO £20K + UP TO £25K OTE 

Key Skills:

• Excellent written and communication skills
• The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on their own
• Strong organisational skills
• Happy to take the initiative
• Confident in dealing with clients
• Good telephone manner

The role will also involve:

• Dealing with enquiries
• Booking appointments
• Negotiating
• Carrying out viewings
• Booking market appraisals
• Updating and maintaining websites
• General office administration.

To be considered for this role you must have a full driving licence and use of a car.
