Job description

An exciting opportunity for a Field Engineer to join a Specialist Engineering Solutions Company based in Aberdeen has become available. Predominantly office based, you will also have vast amounts of opportunity to carry out offshore work in various countries such as the UK, Italy, Netherlands and Spain to name a few. Knowledge of working with equipment such as Wellheads and Xmas Tree Valves is an essential requirement for this position, as is offshore experience. If you are a driven, motivated individual, this is a great time to be joining an already established company who is going form strength to strength.

Responsibilities:

• To be competent in the repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Perform standard daily checks on all serviceable equipment.
• Ensure all equipment has a clean/ tidy appearance to present to client.
• Assist with and perform testing operations.
• Create and understand project procedures.
• Work effectively with other members of staff.
• Completion of all relevant paperwork and reports.

Essential:

• Valid Offshore Certification.
• Offshore Experience.
• Experience with equipment such as Wellheads & Xmas Tree Valves.
• PC literate and strong communication skills.

Remuneration:

• Up to £36K
• Offshore uplifts plus days back included.
• 29 days holiday (including birthday off)
