We have recently gained a new package of care bringing many fresh and exciting opportunities to join our new team in Preston.
We are looking for compassionate and committed support workers who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in his home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a motivated gentleman in his 30s who lives in Preston with his wife and son. He requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis.
He is very committed to his rehabilitation and as part of his dedicated team you will support with this along with his physical, clinical needs, and daily tasks and most importantly his mental wellbeing showing positivity and encouragement.
As his dedicated support worker, you will play a big part in helping him to access the community and support him in enjoying his hobbies and interests such as going out for meals, watching films at the cinema, and taking part in outdoor and sports activities.
He has participated in outdoor activities and sports at a high level and would love his care team to participate alongside him.
it is essential that you have a valid driving licence for this position.
Our service user has specifically requested for male staff to work on their team

We have the following shifts available;
Take a look at our pay rates
Weekdays: £15.50 per hour (£124 approx. per 8 hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £20.00 per hour (£160 approx. per 8 hour shift)
