Blue Legal has partnered with a leading professional services firm who are looking for an established Marketing Manager to lead their Energy group. The role holder will manage a small team and report into the Head of Marketing and will be key to the development of the groups marketing plans and activities to support development and growth. Having a key interest or experience within Energy will be advantageous and B2B marketing experience is a must.
The Responsibilities:
Develop annual marketing plan including, targeting and tactical strategies.
Liaise with senior stakeholders to ensure the growth strategy is in-line with the over firm growth plans and brand.
Lead the delivery of the marketing programme and collaborate with the wider marketing and BD team.
Line manage a smell team, ensuring to prioritise their growth and development and work closely with them to deliver set marketing plans.
Ensure the work and results of marketing campaigns are in-line with the firm’s standards.
Develop and grow a strong brand and voice across all marketing channels.
Manage the delivery of projects and tasks including taking briefs, follow up, measuring return on investment, and ensuring internal stakeholder buy in at all stages.
Work with specialists in the team (eg PR, digital, design, CRM, events) and external agencies and suppliers where appropriate to deliver successful results.
The Candidate:
Must be educated to Degree level or to have an equivalent qualification.
Will come from a professional services background, working within a similar B2B role.
A deep knowledge of marketing processes for professional services and an understanding of new business processes, digital marketing, CRM and the emerging technologies.
People management experience.
