Your Role: As the Payroll Supervisor/Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the Payroll Division, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our clients.
- Oversee a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Develop and implement efficient payroll processes and procedures to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Liaise with clients to understand their payroll requirements and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Payroll Division to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate: - Previous experience in a Payroll Bureau environment (desirable but not essential).
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality payroll services with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
