Job Title: Reception Teacher

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our students in their early years of education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Classroom Instruction: Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for Reception students, utilizing creative and engaging teaching methods.

2. Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

3. Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and colleagues. Use data to inform instructional decisions.

4. Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive and safe classroom environment, fostering a love for learning and cooperation among students.

5. Parental Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents, providing regular updates on students' development and organizing events to involve parents in their child's education journey.

6. Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest educational trends, attend training sessions, and actively participate in professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching in a Reception or Early Years setting.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
• Passion for fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment.
