Our client is an internationally recognised and top tier firm with offices in the UK and overseas. Their highly regarded top tier Real Estate team are now recruiting a 4+PQE Associate to join them in their Cheltenham office. Known for its excellent pastoral care and team ethos this firm offers the right candidate a superb platform on which to continue their professional standing and career.
The role will suit someone who has excellent people skills and who is looking to develop their career within a friendly collegiate team that is widely recognised for its expertise in this area.
The role will focus on development and investment for a wide range of clients including retail and leisure operators, healthcare businesses, energy businesses, lenders, charities and not-for-profits, investment funds and corporate occupiers.
You will have had strong Real Estate training, which you will have gained at a City or large regional firm. As well as running your own case load and assisting the Partners, you will be required to support the Partners in client marketing and business development activities to develop the team's client base and your own individual contacts.
