We are currently seeking driven and accomplished professionals for the roles of Corporate Sales Director (CSD) and Regional Business Manager (RBM). Roles Overview:
Corporate Sales Director (CSD): Focuses on acquiring new business in the mid-market to enterprise segment.
Regional Business Manager (RBM) : Concentrates on developing and managing small to medium-sized business accounts.
Ideal Candidate:
Payment Solutions Experience: Direct experience in the payment solutions sector is highly valued.
Field Sales Expertise: Proven track record in field sales if lacking payment-specific experience.
Strategic Sales Approach: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Relationship Building: Strong skills in establishing and maintaining client relationships.
Results-driven: Commitment to achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Adaptability: Willingness to travel and adapt to different business settings.
Full UK Driving License: Required for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans for territory management.
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
Stay informed about payment solutions and industry trends.
Provide feedback for product and service enhancement.
Maintain accurate and updated sales data and forecasts.
What We Offer:
£550 per month car allowance.
Competitive Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum, based on experience.
