We are currently representing our client, a prominent construction firm, in the search for a Senior Site Manager to oversee residential property adaptations for individuals with disabilities.

Job Overview: As a Senior Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects focused on adapting residential properties for individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating on-site activities, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Project Management:
• Plan, organise, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals.

2.Site Supervision:
• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

3.Client Interaction:
• Liaise with clients to understand their specific needs and expectations.
• Provide updates on project progress and address any client concerns.

4.Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate on-site construction teams to achieve project objectives.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

5.Budget Management:
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure financial objectives are met.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on residential projects.
• Strong understanding of adaptations for disabled individuals, including knowledge of hoists, lifts, ramps, rails, wet rooms, etc.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and inspire on-site teams.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant construction management qualifications.
