Job description
My Local Authority client is looking for an Interim Disposals Surveyor to join them on an initial 6-month contract.
You will be required to go into the office 2 days per week and will be able to work remotely for the other 3 days.
You will be required to contribute to the Council's disposal programme at all stages of the process -identifying and recommending assets for disposal and then preparing those assets for disposal. Previous experience of disposals work within a Local Authority setting is ESSENTIAL for this position.
The Council has a large, varied property portfolio, making for interesting work. Experience of working with different asset types is essential, as is MRICS qualification.
