Job description

The PPC Executive will be responsible for continuing our ongoing successful paid advertising strategy by identifying areas of opportunity within a broad portfolio of businesses. Through in-depth analysis, the PPC Executive will be able to identify, propose and implement changes and improvements to key fundamentals of our advertising, leading to improved performance such as improving click through rates or reducing redundant spend.

Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications Essential / Desirable

1. Google Ads and Analytics Certified Desirable

Skills

2. Articulate, analytical and methodical Essential

3. Results driven and highly motivated with a problem-solving attitude Essential

4. Sound judgement and the ability and willingness to make decisions Essential

5. High level of organisation and the ability to work efficiently and effectively Essential

6. Creative and entrepreneurial mindset Essential

7. Strong communication skills Desirable

8. Strategic, pro-active, and able to work independently Desirable

9. Ability to gather, manipulate and analyse data to inform decisions Essential

Knowledge

10. Knowledge and working hands-on with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Performance Max and shopping campaigns. Essential

11. Working knowledge of Google Merchant Centre and shopping feed management. Essential

12. Knowledge of Bidding Types, Campaign Types, Audiences and Scheduling. Essential

13. Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) Desirable

Experience

14. 2+ years of hands-on experience in pay-per-click (PPC) across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including shopping and merchant centre management. Essential

15. Responsibility for reporting on PPC KPIs across and up reporting chains. Desirable

16. Experience working collaboratively with internal colleagues to develop PPC opportunities Desirable

17. Experience with writing Ad Copy and A/B testing improvements Desirable
