The Headteacher and Governors would like to appoint a dynamic, outstanding, creative and positive teacher to join our committed team ASAP.
The role will be based in Key Stage 2 initially.
To be considered for this wonderful opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate a track record of good or better classroom practice, particularly in Key Stage 2; be able to work effectively in a team; have an excellent understanding of how children learn and enjoy meeting the challenges that teaching can bring.
You will need to demonstrate:
● an excellent, in-depth understanding of the National Curriculum, particularly in Key Stage 2
● very high expectations of your teaching, children's progress, attainment and behaviour
● a commitment to develop and exceed all children’s potential, regardless of their starting points
● clear drive and ambition, with a dedication to continuous professional development
● the ability to communicate effectively with parents/carers, children, governors and staff
● that you are adaptable to change, new developments and initiatives
● excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
● a positive attitude to challenge, self-motivation and a good sense of humour
● a strong work ethic and excellent organisational skills

Initially this position will be to teach in KS2 but the successful candidate may also be expected to teach throughout school and so a good knowledge of the whole school curriculum and the ability to teach all key stages must be evident. An interest in humanities and enrichment activities to promote the love of learning is also desirable.
