Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Assist in arranging and confirming clinics
- Process with any credits and deal with repairs
- Deal directly with manufacturers
- Process patient referrals
- Assist with monthly stock take
- Take minutes at the monthly team meeting
- Ordering of hearing aids
- Answer customer telephone calls
The training you will be getting
- With on-the-job training from the employer the apprentice will work towards a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard and Functional Skills in English and maths at Level 2 if required
- Training can be delivered remotely or at the workplace every four weeks.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
At the end of the Apprenticeship, the successful Apprentice may be considered for a fulltime position.
