Grade 5 Points 7 – 8
£24,294 - £24,702 for 37 hours per week (£26,263 - £26,704 for a 40hr working week)
40 hours per week Monday to Friday
with some weekend work (opening the site for lettings and returning to lock up)
Actual hours to be discussed at interview

Our Premises Team bring with them a wealth of skills and experience and are continuing to learn and train together. Ideally you will have general maintenance, decorating and/or plumbing skills experience but this is not essential.

Reporting to the Site and Premises Manager, this role is to undertake a range of building maintenance, caretaking and decorating work along with outdoor and grounds duties. Initially you will work alongside other member(s) of the team until you become proficient in delivering a quality service in a school which sets and expects high standards.

• Be willing to learn
