Job description
Senior Sales Engineer.
We are working with a leading manufacturer of conveyor systems, control panels and installer of manufacturing engineering systems, for a Senior Sales Engineer to join their team.
As a Senior Sales Engineer you will be based from the office in Bury St Edmonds with regular national travel. You will be working closely with the Sales Director to deliver high standards of commercial and technical offers to meet customer’s needs.

Duties of Senior Sales Engineer :
- Client relationship visits
- Carry out negotiations with clients to assess their needs, tailoring bespoke quotations and tenders as required
- Following up any project leads through sales visits and calls
- Client ownership from start to finish
- Knowledge and Usage of CRM systems
Requirements of Senior Sales Engineer: - Commuting distance to Bury St Edmonds
- Proven technical sales experience within the packaging industry. (Minimum 5 Years).
- The ability to create 2D production layout drawings.
- The ability to create & understand P&ID Drawings
- An understanding of Process Systems
- Engineering background.
- Must hold a full UK driver’s licence
