If the answer is a resounding YES, then look no further! Church & Dwight UK Ltd is thrilled to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our exclusive team as a Network Operations Manager – Global Supply Chain.
Location: Folkestone office with Hybrid working.
As a Network Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role as a leader and liaison between various departments within the Global Supply Chain and throughout Church and Dwight. You will be responsible for owning the crucial 'make vs buy' and capacity utilisation review process. Additionally, you will lead and/or coordinate the end-to-end process of significant Global Supply Chain Projects. Your expertise and skills will be vital to help us achieve our network sourcing strategy, operational excellence, and supply chain resiliency goals.
Key responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will have a degree and extensive experience in CPG development, end to end network optimization strategy, supply chain sourcing and capacity planning, and project management. Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, problem solving, and analyse complex network issues and data are essential for this role. You must exhibit the ability to handle competing priorities, multiple projects, and tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills are required to liaise with both local and remote business partners. Certification in Lean/ Six Sigma and Power BI will be advantageous.
This role works 37 hours per week Monday-Friday. This role will include the need to travel nationally and internationally.
