In light of our ongoing expansion, we're in search of a proficient Painter and Bodyshop Repair Technician to bolster our committed team. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £13-£15 per hour alongside appealing overtime rates, and a monthly bonus of £200 for achieving targets. You will benefit from complimentary onsite parking, cutting-edge equipment, and an individual prep area for each Painter and Bodyshop Repair Technician.

Key Responsibilities of the Painter and Bodyshop Repair Technician:

• Execute repairs and paint jobs in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Accurately complete all company documentation, adhering to all procedures.
• Effectively plan and manage time to meet deadlines and enhance workshop efficiency.
• Showcase expertise in cosmetic vehicle repair or vehicle accident repair centre operations.
• Display exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, consistent, and efficient approach to every task.

What We're Looking For in the Painter and Bodyshop Repair Technician:

• At least 2 years’ experience in bodywork repair or vehicle painting.
• Holder of a full UK Driver's licence.
• A team player with an exceptional work ethic, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and time-conscious individual who prioritises quality and efficiency.
• Working Hours:
• Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, with opportunities for overtime available for those keen to undertake additional work.
