About the role
This role will primarily focus on our social media strategy across the adult list and imprints. It will boost our capabilities to develop brand and communities and integrate into the individual title campaigns being run by the Marketing & Publicity team.
The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Director of Marketing & Insight and wider Marketing & Publicity team to grow our online communities and ensure our interactions are as effective as possible.

Responsibilities
• Develop the social media strategy and content strategy with the Director of Marketing and Insight
• Work with the team to plan and deliver digital and social activity for our titles
• Lead on digital content creation, including video and audio – ensuring we are up to date in the latest platform updates as well as spotting trends
• Manage audience engagement, creating full content plans to optimise relationships with communities
• Building and establishing a network of content creators
• Collaborate with global S&S digital marketers to ensure we implement a global digital strategy for company communications, including website updates
• Support the marketing team on campaigns where necessary

• Has initiative and ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities

Experience
Essential
• Experience of devising and implementing social media/digital marketing strategy
• Experience of creating digital content to further brand campaigns and awareness building activity
• Social Media Management experience, planning, writing, posting
• Previously worked in a digital-first environment, with at least 2 years experience.
Desirable
• Experience of META, social media and Google advertising platforms
• Experience of working with international partners
• Experience of working with within a communications team
• Experience of working with talent.

Starting salary from £30,000
