Homelessness & Prevention Officer needed in Rugby Paying £15.70 per hr ref 16293
Full time hours on a temporary basis
This role will involve:
To work with clients to prevent homelessness and where this is not possible to support clients into alternative accommodation within the private rented sector or social housing as appropriate.
To interview, learn the housing need and provide high quality, tailored advice to all people that approach the Client for guidance on their housing situation.
To take all necessary steps to prevent and relieve homelessness, including carrying out home visits to landlords, families, mediation and reconciliation wherever possible.
