Remuneration: Between 60k-130k per year Take Home 

Description: Part-time/Full Time Dentist required for 2-5 days per week in a busy, mixed, family run practice near Colwyn Bay
•             Not working with UDAs.  Earnings 60k–130k Take Home depending on experience for NHS work alone
•             Joining bonuses for the right candidate
•             Fully computerised surgeries
•             Private 50% - 50%
•             No tie in contracts 
•             Clinic-pad/ microscope/ CBCT/ Intra oral scanner
•             Modern Practice
•             In-house Implantologist and DWSI in Endo
•             Plenty of development support
•             In House Mentors
•             Visa and sponsorship available 
•             ( EU/ PLVE/ Associate)  
•             Existing, well maintained list
•             We are 30 minutes from `Chester and about 50 minutes from Liverpool
•             On site Parking
•             Available now, negotiable start date

- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
