CBW has a new opportunity for a qualified AC engineer to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis. This is working on a mobile basis covering the Aberdeenshire/North East patch working on various commercial contracts such as banks and retail stores. You must have previous commercial experience and hold your Cat 1 F Gas certificate. In return you will receive a generous basic salary of up to £40,000, company van and 25 days plus bank holidays! Responsibilities: - PPM & Reactive maintenance
- Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
- Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
- Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
- Extensive building services knowledge
Requirements: - NVQ Level 2 & 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
- Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
- Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
- Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces
- Good verbal and written communication is important, including the ability to use a mobile device.
- Self motivated and solutions focused with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
- Full Drivers License
