Remuneration: Circa £150,000

Description: Part OR Full time Dentist required for 2-5 days (FLEXIBLE WITH DAYS) in a well established & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near York, North Yorkshire.
•   £14-£14.50 PER UDA
•   EXCELLENT PRIVATE INCOME - £6K-£8K PER MONTH!
•   50% split on Private Income
•   50/50 split on lab bills
•   Existing well maintained patient list to inherit
•   5 Associates, Hygienist, Practicing principal, Implantologist & Clinical lead all on-site
•   Fully digitalised surgeries - Large 9 surgery practice
•   Microscope
•   Digital x-rays
•   Rotary Endo
•   Practice Manager and Treatment Co-Ordinator
•   Fully qualified and experienced nursing team
•   BDA Good practice award
•   FREE PARKING ON-SITE
•   5 minutes to York
•   Available immediately, start date negotiable

- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
