At our proper pub sites we pride ourselves on providing a proper home for live sport, serving a proper pint and consistently offering proper pub food. We aim to create a proper, traditional pub atmosphere for our guests. Proper pubs are transparent and simple. What you see is what you get in every venue. If you are passionate about providing our guests with great quality and straightforward food and drink then a career at a proper pub could be for you. The Beehive & The Loft consists of a Proper Pub (The Beehive) on the ground floor and a Nightclub (The Loft) upstairs. We are in a prime location in Basildon, across from the main-line train station, boasting one of the largest beer gardens in town and a great lunch and evening menu for guests. We are a great place to meet friends, in a vibrant town setting with a fantastic atmosphere, offering a relaxed lunchtime for that great eat-and-drink venue. The Beehive: The Beehive serves classic pub favourites for breakfast, lunch and dinner - from tasty burgers, chicken wings, small plate selections and a lovely Sunday lunch there is something for everyone. Behind the bar we're serving a range of beers, ciders, cocktails and gins - plus plenty of low and no alcohol options and hot drinks. Sport fans can enjoy all of the big screen action in the pub with a fantastic atmosphere The Loft: Formerly Colors, we're the only nightclub in the centre of Basildon. Now open Thursdays, Friday & Saturday!
