Job description

Our client is seeking to recruit an Intelligence Officer - Intelligence division (Analyst level) to join the Intelligence team.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Assisting the Deputy Director in providing guidance to institutions and individuals who may be victims of or vehicles for financial crime.
• Reviewing and seeking intelligence reports from other agencies on matters which might be relevant.
• Producing sanitised intelligence reports for use by supervisory divisions based on sensitive information that has been received.
• Regularly monitoring the media for cases involving PEPs, checking for any Guernsey connection and, where matches are found, liaising with supervisory Divisions for follow-up action.
• Assisting with projects such as statistical exercises or reviews of procedures

The successful candidate will have:

• Relevant previous experience of working in a similar role.
