We have a full time and part-time post available. The full time post is working 35 hours per week and the part-time post is working 14 hour per week.

Westminster Business School is embarking on an exciting development journey and is seeking to recruit 34 academics. Based in the heart of the capital’s political, media and financial services, Westminster Business School (WBS) has excellent industry links and global partnerships. We offer a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, executive and short courses, preparing students to be responsible leaders and managers.

You will be based at the University’s Marylebone site, opposite Baker Street Station, centrally located and immersed in London’s business community. It offers opportunities for staff and students to work closely with outside organisations in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. 

The School of Finance and Accounting (SFA) is continuing its expansion and seeking to recruit staff talent to meet its emerging priorities for delivering teaching excellence. The financial services sector is evolving in the areas of smart and digital technology. The school is re-imagining its staffing provision to meet future student employment trends by building and acquiring expertise in accounting, finance and financial information systems. We are particularly interested in recruiting individuals who have expertise in the area of Fintech (particularly Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain Technology and Big Data Analytics for finance) and Accounting disciplines (particularly financial accounting, management accounting and auditing) and would be interested to hear from practitioners who have professional experience in the subject areas. 

As a Lecturer, you will have or be working towards completing a PhD or have appropriate relevant work experience in the profession and/or industry, supported by evidence. You will have proven experience in teaching, learning or research in either an academic or professional environment. You will also be working towards or hold a Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy or be expected to do so on appointment.
