We are currently recruiting a Chef to work with our team RAF Lossiemouth

- £10.70 per hour
- Full time – 35 hours a week, 5 days out of 7. 1 in 4 weekends! Shifts ranging from 05.00-19.00

What you'll be doing
- You’ll be working with a great, supportive team.
- Responsible for preparing meals and following recipe sheets and complying with food safety procedures
- Reporting to the Supervisor Chef, work as part of a team in different catering outlets
- Preparing food for military dining facilities and hospitality events
- Undertake any relevant training that is required and learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks
- Work with the Supervisor Chef and Kitchen Manager regarding the maintenance of food levels, and ensure minimal wastage
- Preparation of service areas and points.
- Assist in general kitchen cleaning and deep cleans
Experience
- Relevant culinary qualification
- 1-2 years experience in a kitchen environment
- A confident team player who is eager to learn new skills and flourish in a busy, fast paced environment
- Flexible approach to hours and duties
- Good level of spoken English
- A DBS check is required
