They are a global leader offering fantastic development opportunities with plenty of autonomy and flexibility to manage your time and workloads.This company are the global market leader in their field and are part of a much larger group of businesses operating in everything from Renewable Energy through to the Defence Sectors.In this varied role, you will be responsible for achieving business targets by developing and maintaining sales forecasts, reports, and pipelines. You’ll build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and comply with legal and ethical standards. Collaborating with the product development team, you’ll provide crucial market insights and customer feedback for enhancing products and developing new solutions.The ideal candidate will have prior experience within a Business Development and Sales Executive position from a Technical Engineering background. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned BDE to work in a dynamic and innovative environment whereby you can contribute to cutting-edge technology in the marine industry. The Role:

• Business Development Executive

• Meet business targets and revenue goals, maintaining accurate sales data
• Cultivate strong client relationships for satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with the product team for market insights, customer feedback, and new solutions
• Monday – Friday (Hybrid)

The Person:

• Proven business development and sales experience in the technical engineering sector
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Commutable to Okehampton
