£50,000- £60,000 depending on experience

Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a fantastic Nurse Manager role based in the Bangor area. This Nurse position is based in a prestigious care facility with a beautiful location in Bangor near the sea side for a small care home that only caters for 80 service users with the care categories of old age and physical disability. The role:

• You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
• Ensuring that all patient data is entered, stored and retrieved according to internal policies and relevant legislation
• Referring patients to specialist clinics or services
• Collecting, collating and analysing patient feedback
• Supervising a team comprising Nurses, Health Care Assistants and other clinicians
• Reviewing and revising policies to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice guidelines
• Leading team meetings to address operational issues and share information Developing a professional network Maintaining a healthy collaborative team environment

What we’re looking for:

• You must be a fully qualified General nurse, Mental health nurse or Learning disability nurse
• 6+ months Deputy Nurse manager/ Charge Nurse experience
• You must have a valid NMC registration
