Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a PPC Account Manager. The role is perfect for someone looking to take on more responsibility in these areas, but also branch out and progress their skills in other channels as well.

As well as the opportunity to get involved in new business, you will be working across our core charity clients.

You will be leading activation and 360 planning and buying of all media channels. We want you to supercharge our performance across digital and look to expand our channel mix in an ever-changing digital world.

You will have direct client contact, which is growing due to new client wins and growth within the current client set.

The role is ideal for someone who is keen to enhance their in platform technical skills, but take a broader look at strategic media planning and buying. There is a lot of autonomy within the team to enable the right candidate to, in time, run the planning and buying of media for several different clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Building and managing relationships peer client contacts, suppliers, and partner agencies, as well as internal colleagues and teams. Able to make credible recommendations and have influence on key decision making. Seeking out and capitalising on new business and growth opportunities.

Ownership of client accounts. Including strategic opportunities, creating and presenting yearly forecasts & plans, day to day campaign management, preparation and delivery of post campaign analysis and client entertainment

Managing and developing Account Executive’s, ensuring that they are given the direction and skills to exceed client expectations.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Expert skills in paid search or social activation is vital. This should be complimented with the ability to use tools like Google Analytics and strong working knowledge of measurement and tagging.

Hands on experience using wider media platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, X is a plus.

The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, to understand their needs and goals, and effectively communicate our media strategies.

You will be working closely as part of a client planning team with daily interaction, so we require strong interpersonal and communication skills.
