We are looking for a contentious probate solicitor to join our client, who are a Top 100 firm. You will be based within the contentious probate team within the Cardiff office.
The successful contentious probate solicitor will be a qualified solicitor with atleast a training seat in contentious probate/private client matters.
This contentious probate caseload will include will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, onshore and offshore trust disputes, equitable claims and disputes surrounding Court of Protection.
