We are looking for a hybrid/home working recruitment consultant to work remotely from the comfort of your own home office. There will also be occasional site visit requirements to our client bases and in person team meetings, depending on the business needs.

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the complete delivery of recruitment services for our client, in line with their specific requirements and SLA. You will attract, screen, and onboard associates, conduct in-person inductions and document validation, and handle queries from existing associates. You will also work closely with the Contract Manager and the internal teams to ensure a high-quality service and compliance with GDPR and Right to Work legislation.
