We are looking for a hybrid/home working recruitment consultant to work remotely from the comfort of your own home office. There will also be occasional site visit requirements to our client bases and in person team meetings, depending on the business needs.

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the complete delivery of recruitment services for our client, in line with their specific requirements and SLA. You will attract, screen, and onboard associates, conduct in-person inductions and document validation, and handle queries from existing associates. You will also work closely with the Contract Manager and the internal teams to ensure a high-quality service and compliance with GDPR and Right to Work legislation.

• A great starting salary of £25,000 - £25,500 PA with annual pay reviews


• We promote a work-life balance; working hours are 37.5 hours per week between 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday. No weekend shifts required.

What we are looking for:

• Experience of working within a people-focused role, this isn't limited to HR or recruitment


• Strong communication and organisation skills, with excellent attention to detail


• The ability to work to strict and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment


• A can-do attitude


• Able to build exceptional relationships with colleagues, both internal and external


• Good knowledge of MS Office packages
