Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Office-based in Launceston, Cornwall
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary: £25,500 per annum + Commission.
Benefits:
28 days of annual leave
Commission structure in addition to the base salary

Responsibilities:-
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the customer base.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the timber industry.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our timber products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
Quotations and Proposals: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, invoice orders, take payment and manage the process from order to delivery.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Order Processing: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery of products to clients.
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance products and services, contributing to continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the timber or related industry but not essential as training will be given.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to convert basic measurements from imperial to metric.
