The Role:

A sought-after and prestigious, design-led architecture practice are looking to bring in a highly-motivated Studio Assistant to join the team at their stunning Central London studio.

In this role, you will act as a key member of the operations team, supporting in the smooth running of the busy studio. This is an amazing opportunity for an outgoing, confident individual with an interest or previous experience in the architecture industry looking to begin a fruitful career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support with operations around the studio
• Manage project calendars
• PA support to directors
• Greeting clients and other guests
• Answering the phone and taking messages
• Keep on top of office supplies
• Booking travel, including flights and accommodation

Key Skills:

• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• good knowledge using Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in Adobe software like Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Excellent attitude and drive to help out
