Job Title: Operations Administrator
Salary: up to £25,000
Location: Watford
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5pm

Skills Required:
Clear communication skills both written and verbal
Good organisational skills and time management
Microsoft Software e.g Word and Excel
Confident in building relationships with clients
Telephone experience is beneficial
Ability to work in a team
Attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings for clients
Handle correspondence via phone & email
First point of contact for incoming calls
Maintain stock lists for office supplies
Manage and maintain database
Utilise systems to verify property details
Collect data for reports
General office admin such as photocopying and filing
