Job description
This is an awesome opportunity for an Operations Lead to work for a well-known global business based in the city. You will be required to cover reception as and when needed. This is 100% office based and the hours are 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00. The offices are absolutely stunning, coupled with great benefits!
The main responsibilities include understanding, anticipating, and delivering internal and external customer needs whilst building effective relationships, positively responding to both internal and external clients, employees, contractors and teams through effective communication and personal accessibility, providing excellence in customer service, by managing client expectations, communicating clearly and making sure high quality service delivery is achieved consistently and on time, liaising with the client on a variety of matters and attending to their needs whilst maintaining a strong and positive working relationship. Other duties include familiarising and following Health and Safety principles and processes, helping the FM manager to achieve service commitments set in KPI's, supporting the FM and H&S responsibilities and procedures and maintaining high cleaning standards through successful cleaning team management
Reception duties include meeting and greeting the visitors, always looking presentable, professional and welcoming, making sure the reception area is kept tidy and organised, answering phone calls, taking messages and transferring the calls, monitoring the reception mailbox, making sure email inquiries and service requests are responded to in a timely manner and making sure sufficient stationery stock is in place, stationery cupboards are always tidy and well organised.
In order to be considered for this role you will have previous Operations/Facilities experience or experience within a similar role. You will possess outstanding organisational and communication skills and be able to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a proactive attitude with a flexible and collaborative working approach, is super bubbly and approachable with the ability to develop good working relationships. You must be proficient with Microsoft Office, have a professional attitude, alongside solid written and verbal communication skills.
