We're on the hunt for a visionary Legal Marketing Manager to spearhead our client's marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who is not only a strategic thinker but also has a proven track record in executing marketing strategies, managing databases, orchestrating events, and driving digital marketing efforts.
Role Highlights:
Strategic Marketing Development: Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new clients, and foster revenue growth. Work collaboratively with different teams to ensure these strategies align with the firm's broader goals.
Data Management Excellence: Take charge of marketing data integrity, ensuring accuracy, effective segmentation, and compliance with data protection laws. Use data insights to fine-tune marketing campaigns and elevate efficiency.
Event Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, and webinars. Utilise feedback and metrics to gauge event success and inform future planning.
Digital Marketing and Website Management: Oversee the firm's website, ensuring it provides a seamless experience that aligns with brand standards. Direct digital marketing efforts to maximize online presence and engagement through SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Leadership and Team Development: Assemble and mentor a high-caliber marketing team. Provide guidance, feedback, and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
* Demonstrated success in marketing roles, with a strong portfolio of developed and implemented marketing strategies.
* Expertise in marketing data analysis, segmentation, and event management.
* Profound knowledge of website management and digital marketing techniques.
* Exceptional leadership skills with a knack for inspiring and managing a diverse team.
