Job description
The Operations will be the go to person to drive operational efficiency, driving a collaborative and positive culture. they will also be accountable for the whole end to end operations reporting into the General Manager and be accountable for all operational KPI's.
Other responsibilities include:
- Focused on operational optimisation
- Able to manage engineering and operational employees
- Able to create and drive a robust operational plan in a environment that changes quickly
- Able to measure, assess and deliver decision based on data
- Be customer focused at the heart of everything they do
- Drive improvement programmes to cut waste
- Lead the business to a positive behavioural mindset shift
- Used to running a full business operation and be accountable for its performance
- Able to deliver a hands-on approach to the role with an engaging nature
- Drive the companies approach to developing a best in class delivery to their customer
- Create, agree and implement strategy
- Build a structure to facilitate growth & succession
