Job description
The post holder is primarily responsible to the clinical nurse specialist. Excellent communication skills are required as the post holder will be responsible for discussing care pathways with all members of the multidisciplinary team As part of the multi-disciplinary team, and under the direction and supervision of a senior nurse, the post-holder will utilise their specialist knowledge and skills to under-take relevant clinical assessment, reviewing clinical signs and results to support the patients on-going treatment plan as required.
