As their business expands, the position of Internal Communications Manager becomes increasingly crucial in how they connect, collaborate, and evolve and ensure that they maintain their supportive and inclusive culture.

What you will be doing
- Produce and develop internal communications and provide support to the leadership team, with advice on complex issues.
- Lead the internal communications strategy, supporting organisational and people development and working closely with the brands teams.
- Work closely with senior leaders to deliver the corporate narrative and build the employer brand.
- Develop and deliver effective internal communications strategies aligned with the brand broader corporate strategy and the people and organisation strategy.
- Lead improvement and implementation of the stakeholder communications strategy.
- Prepare timely, accurate and informative communications for key stakeholders to share guidance on services and good practice.
- Plan and assist in marketing and organising events, including AGM and staff briefings.
Experience required to be considered
- Significant experience in a senior communications role with internal focus and demonstrable track record in developing and managing impactful brand and/or communication activities.
- Experience of building and developing relationships with a range of stakeholders and a demonstrable ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with groups and individuals with differing perspectives and agendas.
- An insight and audience-focused approach to communications with a demonstrable ability to adapt messages and methods to meet the needs of specific groups.
- Experience of working directly with senior leadership, influencing, and supporting their internal communications to staff.

- Salary: £50,000
- Hours: 30 - 37.5.
