Estates Officer

Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
£29ph PAYE
My client is looking for experienced Estates Officer to join a busy NHS Trust based in Bedford
The ideal candidate will need to have experience within the public sector and effective management of the Trusts' many, varied and diverse buildings, and systems, primarily regards to M&E, ensuring the systems provide an effective and safe service for the hospital.
This is a management role and Site based at the Hospital
You will report directly to the Head of Estates.
As this is an NHS based role candidates will be asked to complete online training modules, occupational health questionnaires and a DBS check before starting on site.
Proof of qualifications and 2 references covering 3 years are also required.
