Our client an established leader within their sector, employing circa 140- people across multiple locations.

As an innovator within financial services the organisation is constantly enhancing their innovative bespoke, cutting edge platform - which enables the business to continue to implement and expand a broad range of products to their residential and commercial customers.

My client is actively seeking an experienced UX / UI Designer to join their team and contribute towards the continual success of their robust market leading innovative platform.

Requirements

As the preferred candidate you will have:

• Experience in a dedicated web or UI design role, UX as a secondary - with a portfolio that displays your expertise, attention to detail and thought process.
• Be able to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team, delivering consistently high-quality results to demanding deadlines.
  
• Experienced in Wire-framing, User Journey, Personas
  
• Web / Mobile, on and off page design
• Possess excellent creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  
• UCD - User Centred Design
• Demonstrate your ability to present your thought process to back up design decisions.
• Display best practices in web-based typography, colour theory, page layout and iconography.

Beneficial:

• Working knowledge of collaborative, component-based design software (Sketch, Figma, XD)
• Experience creating and using UI Kits
• Understanding of Frontend Development (HTML/CSS/JS), videography and animation and social media marketing.
• Knowledge of UX and User personas
