Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience £110-£135 p/d

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEND Sports Coach to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sports programs tailored to meet the unique needs of our students. The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for working with children with SEND, a strong background in sports coaching, and a commitment to promoting physical activity as a means of enhancing the educational experience for our students.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Relevant coaching qualifications and certifications - EXPERIENCE will be considered
• Experience working with children and young people with SEND. - Ideally Autism, Severe learning difficulties, complex needs, speech and language (non verbal) or any 2 of the above list
• Understanding of various disabilities and the ability to tailor coaching strategies accordingly.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for promoting physical activity and its benefits for students with SEND.
